  My husband and I were involved in an accident on 8/26/18. On 8/27/18 we were walk ins at CARSTAR Duncan Autobody. From the minute we walked in til the time we left, they were amazing. I’ve never experience such great service at any Auto related business before Duncan. The staff was kind, understanding, very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The man who did our estimate didn’t think we should drive our car because the airbag light was on after our rear end collision. He felt that it wasn’t safe. They got us a rental car and made us feel comfortable despite our situation. I really appreciate everything everyone at Duncan did for us that day and will recommend them to everyone. We had our estimate for our car the very next day, even though we took our car there as walk ins. Thank you again for great service and a wonderful experience in such a difficult time.

  I told my insurance company that I didn't want to use their provided services and that I would rather use Duncan Auto Body, and I'm so glad I did! Choosing Duncan auto body was the best choice I could have made. They go above and beyond in every possible way and even their staff members do little things to help you out. The return the car clear to me that I had given it to them, 5 stars!

  They back there service, I had my car repaired after a small accident (got rear ended) decided to have my front bumper repainted while it was there to have some stone chips repaired. It really didn't turn out as well as I hoped, and should have been replaced. The paint started to crack. I called Brian and he said he wanted to take a look at it. After seeing it he said it was no problem to repair. I decided to buy a new cover instead. Brian had the new cover painted and installed, All I paid for was the part. They did an amazing job. One small chip I have to talk to him about, but I'm very happy with the work they have done so far. They stand behind there work. I definitely recommend this body shop especially for high end vehicles.

  This is the BEST Auto Body shop in the Lehigh Valley. Place doesn't even LOOK like an auto body shop and they run it like a well oiled machine. I walked in at 200 pm on a Thursday for two estimates, including one for a broken power mirror, left my car there, they gave me a courtesy ride home and the mirror was replaced and done less then 22 hours later. They picked me up in the courtesy car to get my car, and I paid $112.00 including tax, for used power mirror, versus having to pay $450.00 including tax for a new one from the Honda dealer. They provided me the second estimate for body work, photographed the damage and uploaded the pics to my insurance company and all that was done by the time I walked out of the place and before I came back the next day to pick it up. They are the BEST!!!
